本公司生產(chǎn)的船用生活污水處理裝置適用于10-300名船員的各類(lèi)船舶和海洋石油鉆井平臺(tái)，按執(zhí)行的新舊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分為兩種，包括：SWCB型船用生活污水處理裝置（符合MEPC.2（VI）決議）、SWCM型船用生活污水處理裝置（MEPC.159（55）決議）。新舊排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的差異見(jiàn)下附表。

 船用生活污水處理裝置 屬I(mǎi)MO防止船舶造成海洋污染公約《MARPOL 73/78》附則IV的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備?，F(xiàn)行的排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和性能試驗(yàn)準(zhǔn)則是1976年12月3日頒布的MEPC.2（VI）決議（稱(chēng)為老標(biāo)準(zhǔn)），船用生活污水處理裝置,遵守2006年10月13日頒布的MEPC.159（55）決議（稱(chēng)為新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)），公約規(guī)定自2010年1月1日起凡是吊裝到不論新老船舶上的船用生活污水處理裝置都應(yīng)滿(mǎn)足新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求.

Marine Sewage Treatment Plant belongs to the key devices for prevention of pollution form ships in seas and oceans according to the revised Annex IV of the International Convention of the Prevention of Pollution （MARPOL 73/78）.The resolution MEPC.2 （VI） adopted on 3 December 1976 is the present guidelines on implementation of effluent standards and performance tests for STP, which is called “old standards”. This device is according to the resolution MEPC.159（55） enacted on 13 October 2006, which is called “new standards” .The convention （MARPOL 73/78） provides that all STPs installed on board on or after 1 January 2010 should meet the resolution MEPC159（55）.The different effluent standards and days for type test in some organizations are as follows:

用途（Application） ：

本裝置用于處理船上廁所下水道糞便污水（又稱(chēng)黑水），使之達(dá)到排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)排放至舷處。本裝置也可用作船上灰水的處理，但灰水應(yīng)作預(yù)處理和選用容量較大的裝置相匹配。

本裝置獲得授權(quán)發(fā)明2項(xiàng)，實(shí)用新型1項(xiàng)。已通過(guò)中國(guó)船級(jí)社CCS產(chǎn)品型式認(rèn)可試驗(yàn)，型式認(rèn)可號(hào)為NJ09T00025,現(xiàn)已大量生產(chǎn)，良好運(yùn)用于民船和軍船。

船用生活污水處理裝置

特點(diǎn)（Specification）：

1、采用臥式圓桶設(shè)計(jì)，兩端圓形封頭，耐壓、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊。

2、裝置為全自動(dòng)控制，符合24小時(shí)機(jī)艙無(wú)人值守的要求。

3、采用內(nèi)置“MBR”技術(shù)，使得裝置體積縮小，解決艙容小而裝置體積大的矛盾。

4、本裝置在生物膜柜和中空纖維膜柜停歇曝氣，形成“好氧－缺氧”過(guò)程，解決“脫氮除磷”問(wèn)題。

5、本裝置采用沉定柜和膜柜內(nèi)污泥自動(dòng)“氣提法”返送至曝氣柜和膜柜內(nèi)停泵不停氣，使膜的污垢自動(dòng)脫落，須反沖洗水以及膜的“在線”清洗等技術(shù)，使膜的壽命可延長(zhǎng)至8～9年。

6、“在線”清洗技術(shù)的應(yīng)用，使得膜上污垢自動(dòng)脫落，恢復(fù)膜通量，解決了因艙容小，打開(kāi)清洗或更換膜組的困難。

7、排放水經(jīng)進(jìn)一步處理后，可達(dá)到“中水回用”的要求。

  This device is applicable to treat the sewage, which means human body wastes and the wastes from the toilets on vessels and which is also called “black water”, to meet the effluent standards of IMO. MEPC.159（55）, and discharge the effluent overboard. It is also applicable to treat the galley shower drainage which is called “grey water” on condition that the “grey water” is pretreated and there should select a bigger capacity model to match with.

This device has obtained two items of Authorized Patent and one item of practical new patent, meanwhile has passed product type approval test by CCS,the type approval number:NJ09T00025.

1、Adopting horizontal circular design, ellipse closures on both ends, pressure resistance and compact structure.

2、The device is adopted auto-control, and compliance with the requirement of 24-hours unattended cabin. 

3、adopting the "MBR" technology, allow devices to narrow the size, and solve the conflict of small space of cabin, but big volume of device.

4、The intermittent aeration in bio-membrane tank and hollow fiber membrane tank, form the process of "aerobic - anoxic", and resolve the problem of "nitrogen and phosphorus removal".

5、The device is adopting the principle of “air-lifting” to transfer the sludge from sediment tank and membrane tank to aeration tank, mealtimes the “pump stops and air never stopped”, so as the scale on the membrane surface comes down. Due to back flushing and clean the membrane “online” usd technology patent, so the life of membrane can be prolonged at least 8 to 9years.

6、"On-line" cleaning technology, making the dirt on membrane off automatically, recover membrane flux. It can be solved the problem of opening the cleaning or replacement of membrane difficultly caused by the small space in cabin.

7、The effluent after further treatment can be reached at the requirement of “water reuse” 

原理概述（Principle Description）

本裝置利用活性污泥、接觸氧化和膜生物反應(yīng)器MBR的處理原理消解有機(jī)污染物質(zhì)。MBR 能達(dá)到高效、*和干凈地處理污水，使排放水滿(mǎn)足IMO 新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和其他更嚴(yán)酷的要求。

This device adopts the principle of Activated Sludge, Bio-contact Oxidation and Membrane Biological Reactor （MBR） to digest organic pollutant. MBR can treat organic pollutant efficiently, drastically and cleanly to insure the effluent can meet the requirements of the resolution MEPC.159 （55） and other much hasher requirements.
